Cons

If you can't drift in Mario Kart you better not play - or learn to really really quickly.

Pros

Brainlabs is unbelievably well run and has done away with many of the tedious aspects of office life. The employees have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility straight away and the company is run in an extremely transparent way. Employees are all naturally motived and hard working but this attitude is maintained by the support of great team members and loads of sporting, social, volunteering and learning opportunities to keep a balanced lifestyle. It's exciting to work for a company that is set on creating best practice in their field.

Cons

Whilst Mario Kart is evidently an essential employee skill relatively little of the graduate scheme training is dedicated to this.
