Pros

So many perks, clubs and activities going on all the time. Free lunches and breakfast, flexible hours, unlimited holiday. Like hanging out with your mates.

Cons

Growing too quickly leads to a few difficulties, but these are usually solved pretty quickly

Exciting Opportunities

Pros

There is a sense of comradery. We are transitioning from a relatively small sized company to medium sized company and the environment is exciting and inclusive. I am never bored; every role involves learning and development and employee satisfaction is a top priority for the Directors. Also loads of free stuff: lunch, yoga, mario kart breaks etc. etc.

Cons

We have to leave Kings Cross offices during 2017 because we will fill up the space we are currently renting. Although we will move somewhere equally as central, I like the area we currently occupy.

Pros

People and extra-curricular stuff is excellent. Free lunches and yoga in particular are ace.

Cons

Sometimes there's a lot of stuff on after work that it can be hard to keep up with everything.
