Pros

Interesting work Nice people 2 socials a year

Cons

Poor pay, hard to get a pay review for years on end, no inflation rises Pulled the AXA private medical insurance benefit (best benefit) with 2 days notice, which if you were claiming with leaves you uninsurable for current conditions. Replaced it with a much worse cashback scheme. No recognition for employee loyalty, does nothing for employee anniversaries including 10 years! Has gradually removed the benefits over the years (charity matching, unlimited holiday, PMI)
