Pros

The best part about working at Brainlabs are the people - most everyone is friendly and collaborative. There is also a consistently positive culture and employees are encouraged to prioritize mental health and work life balance.

Cons

Compensation is not the most competitive. Diversity and inclusion does not seem to be an important topic at the company.

Pros

- The management team actively seeks and considers employee feedback regarding transparency and workplace concerns. - Employees are strongly encouraged to utilize their PTO to rest and recharge.

Cons

- The employee learning and development program lacks structure and places too much emphasis on credentials over practical, hands-on training. - Company and team-building efforts have declined, with minimal initiatives in place to foster collaboration and strengthen team cohesion.
