      - Perfect place to start you career in paid media - Good work/life balance - Fosters learning and growing

      Cons

      - Low pay - Not a ton of opportunities to move up - Growing really fast and not hiring enough people to keep up with the amount of work flow that comes in which leads to burn out

You're right that we're growing quickly, and we have updated our staffing process to include a monthly review of staffing needs, which includes reviewing potential promotions as well additional roles needed to support our growth.       Great Office Culture, Low Pay

      -Free snacks and coffee -Awesome coworkers in office -UK based company, so more understanding people in terms of benefits and time off. -Free lunches and outings sometimes

      Cons

      -Low Pay -Not really a bonus per year, more of just gift cards

      Thank you for sharing your feedback and all of the pros that you're experiencing working here! The majority of pay increases do come through promotions here at Brainlabs, but we do offer annual compensation reviews in addition to anniversary gift cards as well!
