The culture is very inclusive, and there's a strong focus on employee well-being and development. >The management is open to feedback, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and upskill, especially in digital marketing and data analytics.

Pros

The talent here is remarkable - lots of brilliant and driven people focused on innovation and driving results for clients

Cons

The company is expanding rapidly, but has not generated an operating model that scales - this means a lot of inefficiency with teams operating in siloes and being left to their own devices on how to succeed. Some workplace politics also appear to be going on which is frustrating for a company that claims to be "transparent."
