Good place to work for if you like kissing up to leadership

Pros

The people I worked with on a daily basis were amazing. They care about their work and are proactive in knowing what they need to do. It’s also nice to have regular 1:1s with people you don’t work with daily to learn from them.

Cons

Leadership tends to over-hire directors who focus more on pointing fingers than hiring people to do the work. They also prioritize protecting their own management team when issues arise. Promotions here seem to rely more on kissing up to leadership than on performance. Fantastic place to work if you like playing unnecessary politics.

Pros

One of the best companies in terms of culture I have ever seen . It gives employee freedom and adaptive environment to grow . almost permanent WFH . quarterly 5 star parties for employees . In terms of culture and respect you get here , nowhere you will get . No company will give you . People are too good . It is best companies as an ad agency .

Cons

Less projects in data services and data science .
