Pros

- Great team culture, both in London and Austin! Everyone is willing to support each other, and we always remember to have fun! - Great opportunity to grow! Whether you're entry-level or experienced, each day comes with new challenges to learn and grow from. - Exciting and innovative tools help streamline work allowing for less stress on mundane tasks. - Dog-friendly office! - Weekly team lunches, which we have together! - A startup vibe, with the backing of a well-established agency. - A company that truly values feedback, regardless of the seniority level to improve.

Cons

- Cross-continent communication can be challenging. However, we've set up processes to help improve this - Transferring resources/processes has been a bit slow to the US HQ - A good problem, but the rapid growth of the client base has been strenuous on bandwidth at times.

Pros

The Austin office has a wonderful culture and we're all very supportive of each other. Fun off-sites, lots of autonomy in the work we do, and management is always open to hearing suggestions. You need to be comfortable with a start-up mentality as things are constantly changing and you need to be able to adapt quickly.

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment!

Cons

Starting pay isn't the highest, but it seems like opportunities for raises abound.
