Pros
Great perks, salary progression is clear and structured so you know exactly what to do to progress, the culture here is wonderful and People Ops really look after our wellbeing with perks such as free breakfast/lunch, encouraging a good work/life balance. The training scheme is thorough and great preparation for work. Integration into the team has been quick, and I feel as though I have made a lot of meaningful relationships with my colleagues. People who have already been here less than a year have already progressed to higher pay bands, and people who have been here just a few months seem like they are experts on PPC.
Cons
As others have said, starting salary is a bit on the low side, but when all the perks are taken into account it's worth it. I probably save 4-5K already just by getting free food
