If you are looking for a place where leadership truly cares about it's investment in people, this is it! Like many companies that are growing, there's a fair share of growing challenges. But the exciting aspect of this is the opportunities it creates - best of all, the growing challenges are recognized and spoken about as opportunities allowing people to step up. Culture, Culture, Culture - Great balance of formality and casualness.

Cons

If moving forward quickly not your cup of tea, this might be a difficult environment. For those trying to join the team, the interview process can be thorough and long. This however is a big plus if you are already part of the team, maintaining strong alignment of current culture is very much appreciated.

Fun work environment that supports employees and allows them to expand their skills and career knowledge. We work hard but we also have many fun activities outside of work that goes on such as company picnics, fishing trips, hockey games, and an annual holiday breakfast. This is my first position out of college but even though I haven't experienced another companies , I strongly believe that this is one of the best out there and am very lucky and fortunate to be apart of such a great place to work!

Cons

We have too many new and exciting opportunities at each of our 16 office locations.
