Pros

Remote job helping people- mission

Cons

No support or raises. Do more for same pay. Push productivity and lots of layoffs and tyrants as managers who have no heart. Going in wrong direction with lots of leaders exiting.

Remote work is great, but too many apps needed

Pros

Remote work and they supply a computer

Cons

Its a very cut throat environment and they will write you up for any minor mistake. The type of place to breed mentally ill staff. They use multiple separate apps about 10. It creates a cobweb of data. You have to be able to access 4 separate applications at all times. They make clinicians use Salesforce which is not a typical clinical based program. Its just a grossly negligent cobweb tech mess. You have to be an independent learner because if someone tells you something it just leads to a write up. Its a very hostile environment with a smile. They are willing to write you up for any mistake. Basic notes take a very long time. So a missed appointment still affords no free time to catch up on other notes.
