Pros

There are no longer any pros unfortunately.

Cons

Lack of administrative support Not traditional salaried employees- only in the ways that benefit the company Benefits much more expensive for significantly worse coverage Terrible communication with clients Very sketchy billing practices Lack of support staff- fired them and now expect therapists and nurse practitionersto do those jobs too. Highly trained clinicians expected to be back office, front office, therapist in the same hour. We are treated like production workers now. Very sad, it wasn't always this way. They haven't scaled well at all.
