Pros

Community bonds and culture within the operational/frontline workers

Cons

Horrible communication and a lack of accountability and understanding amongst management. Blame-shifting is a regular occurrence, and the concerns within the people who make up the labor force aren't heard. Sexism and racism are unfortunately a common theme.

Pros

- good benefits - opportunity for advancement - meaningful mission (at least on paper)

Cons

- extensive rapid growth has created a typical corporate climate - terrible work/life balance - a lot of double speak and not owning up to proclaimed "values" and "mission" - corporate heavy while lacking support and staffing in day to day operations. - unsupportive, opaque, and often intimidating HR reps and practices

We believe every employee should have an amazing relationship with their team and manager, and we're disappointed to hear that you don't feel you experienced that during your time here. We will absolutely pass your feedback along to our internal teams and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
