Cons

I agree with the points made previously by my former colleague in sales. Compensation was much better before we were acquired by the private equity firm. Since then we're paid less and expected to do more. Couple that with the ongoing loss of coworkers and poor middle-management, and it's not at all what it used to be, which is a shame. It used to be a great place to be.

The salary, product and positive vibe used to be good.

Cons

Product quality has taken a hit, with new hardware falling short compared to competitors. Heavy reliance on one major client puts job security at risk. Recent layoffs and the hush-hush approach create uncertainty The absence of detailed feedback in overly positive reviews raises suspicions of potentially fake five-star ratings.
