Pros

You can gain experience while contributing meaningfully to the lives of persons with disabilities. The community of healthcare workers sticks together.

Cons

Due to constant staffing issues, administrators are frequently required to work direct care and respond at all hours of day and night for emergencies. Managers are overworked and underpaid, and all staff are under appreciated and therefore tend to be disgruntled.

Cons

Top-level management micromanages EVERYTHING. Lousy pay Eliminating resources that staff needs to do their jobs.
