Absolutely no personal/work life balance. On the clock 24/7, high volume of staff turnover ( Program Manager, QIDP, DSP). No merit increases as an incentive to keep staff. Poor team morale and lack of leadership therefore staff continue to leave. Staff do not have the resources to do their job.
Very low pay no raises ever no matter what revenue is like. No resources go back into the company, pressure to grow the business with only upper management receiving compensation for growth everyone else is threatened and work under pressure with no prospect of a raise that's why the turnover rate is off the charts they have lowered travel pay taken phones away and giving employees that have to use their phones 35 dollar stipends which is laughable 35 dollars pays very little not to mention if phone breaks
