The families are amazing and my coworkers were great to work with. There used to be flexibility but that was taken away.

Cons

No raises. No promotions. No support. Unqualified people are promoted to supervisor positions. Super high turn over. ED and upper management throw you under the bus anytime there is something questionable going on rather than supporting you as a long time employee. Micro managing to the extreme. If a client complements a worker the agency automatically assumes the worker is doing something wrong. They treat the clients/families the same way and offer no support. Can't afford their crappy insurance. I could go on for days.

The dress code was very relaxed, and the clients were all very sweet. The home was well maintained and kept clean.

Cons

Few hours were available. I received no training at all for caring for the clients, only on how to clean. It paid minimum wage. Management was awful and never present. And privacy laws were broken daily.
