Pros

Working with the clients was very rewarding, challenging and fun. Flexible schedule, worked independently and lots of paid time off.

Cons

Management is horrible- very corporate and only cared about making money for upper management. Always cutting corners to meet their bottom line which was upper management.

The individuals are outstanding. For the most part the direct care staff are good.

Cons

Upper Management, Lots of Gossip, Lots of last minute documentation which leads to medicaid fraud, Direct care pay is low and they aren't trained properly. I am a licensed professional and was asked to do things that aren't legal. Lots of medication errors that weren't documented. Staff are confused about who is in charge because the ED at the time really had no idea what was going on and would lead them down the wrong road.

Monday through Friday 8a-5p. We meet great individuals who make us laugh and smile and have great attitudes towards us.

Cons

Underpaid. Lack of respect. No appreciation. Mandated hours. Understaffed. The company is a multibillion corporation but we sit at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to our paychecks.
