Our employees are very important to us, and without them, we could not provide the quality care that our clients need. Thank you for your time with us and for the work that you did for our clients! In addition to pay, our employees may be eligible for the following based on their position: medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and paid holidays, 401(k), employee discounts, tuition assistance, an employee assistance program, and other company perks such as daily pay. We hope that you were able to take advantage of some of these additional benefits and perks during your time with us!

Pros

Depending on your department you can have a very flexible schedule and the co-workers tend to be people you can easily get along with.

Cons

Health insurance is expensive (comes out of each paycheck bi weekly) and is CRAP. You have to FIGHT to get a DECENT and LIVEABLE paycheck depending on what state you are in. (No raises, Maybe one if you switch departments for a higher pay) Non union so you have to deal with cooperate. A point system which is impacted by single points for sick days, half for coming in late/early and THREE for weather related issues like snow. If you get a total of ten points than your fired.
