      Great team but not great pay, benefits, etc.

      Pros

      The team is great and everyone I interacted with was motivated and excited. BrightEdge leadership focuses on helping you get through various promotions and presents you with career growth opportunities. The leadership is great and although they are extremely busy, they still make time to support their team.

      Cons

      The pay and benefits are subpar. Looking at a national comparison , their positions sit below average despite the job requiring more than 40 hours work. While promotion pathing is great, their raises are small. They do not match your 401k either.

      -Great management team - direct links to Senior Leadership! -Challenging work - you get exposure to a wide variety of roles within BE! -Competitive pay and bonus structure! -Growth plan -Leading product in the industry -Collaborative team environment

      -This is a role that requires you to be able to pivot when needed. (This can be challenging for some - but really important to be successful in this role)
