Pros
I love coming to work knowing that I get to work with our company's "young guns" and take a big part in helping them become rock stars, achieve their professional goals, and also be a mentor for their personal growth. Nothing gets me more excited when I see a new hire hit their first milestone or get a compliment from a client for a job well done. The challenge of being at this stage of the company where I have direct influence to how this company will grow is a big responsibility. Being able to look back a few years from now and seeing how far we've gone and accomplished will be awesome. We are in the fortunate position to be working with the industry leaders and helping them achieve their company goals which is always exciting.
Cons
I would like to see more company events to support the culture, improve on our team building, and making this a great place to work. I would like to see more investment in this area.
