      Pros

      Love my boss. The people you work with are the best thing about this place. High growth if you are a self starter. You go out of your way to get things done and you will succeed at your job. You role may be undefined and ever changing, so expect to be a "jack or jill" of all trades.

      Cons

      I've learned to prioritize and speak up when my workload is becoming overwhelming. Silos exist and transparency is weak -- making friends is the best way to get an inside scoop here! Be ready to work your butt off!

      - Lots of exposure to senior management from the start - Good growth environment - Interesting product and technical challenges - Lots of nice and smart people around the office

      Cons

      - Not competitive for perks with big companies that you hear about - Team is not growing as quickly as top growth startups because it is getting more into the small company range instead of just a startup

      Great culture, clear goals, great team environment, team and management will do what they can to help you meet goals, great product- which makes selling a lot easier, great rewards for top performers, great pay and path for advancement, catered lunch once a week, weekly groceries, the list goes on...

      Cons

      A lot of work so if you aren't willing to put in the hours it may not be the place for you
