The people. The colleagues that you meet can become lifelong friends and mentors. Hard, challenging work, that can be wildly frustrating and rewarding.

Cons

Sometimes changes come at the last minute, and you need to be agile to deal with it. Not that change is a bad thing, but sometimes items are rolled out, communicated, and then immediately rolled back or changed.
