      Good engineers who are willing to help

      Cons

      Worst management- extreme micromanagement. They expect you to work in ist and then in pst. There is no regard for your personal life. You don’t get holidays when you want. After working 12 hours a day, if some how you manage to be the top performer- you will be awarded an incredible 4% pay raise for the year. If you are a average worker who works 9-10 hours only you will be awarded 1-2 %. On top of that you are expected to monitor systems on weekend. You can get called anytime.
