The office feels like a call center. Hitting monthly sales targets seems to be the only thing that leadership cares about. If you're looking for a place where you can grow your career, look somewhere else because there is very little focus here on career growth or employee satisfaction. BrightEdge treats most employees as disposable, and a huge number of people have left in recent months, including many team leaders. Most people still working here are actively looking for new jobs. No flexibility to work remotely. Office hours are strictly enforced. Quotas are out of reach in order to limit commission and bonus payouts.
