      Great growth opportunities, have seen many people promoted in a short period of time Very much an environment where hard work is rewarded Great teammates Exciting to be a part of such a fast-growing company and industry

      Cons

      Expect to work hard, which can mean longer hours. Some managers/execs put a lot of pressure on their teams to perform. Some pressure is good, but too much can mean burned-out employees.

      Great culture, clear goals, great team environment, team and management will do what they can to help you meet goals, great product- which makes selling a lot easier, great rewards for top performers, great pay and path for advancement, catered lunch once a week, weekly groceries, the list goes on...

      Cons

      A lot of work so if you aren't willing to put in the hours it may not be the place for you

      High attrition rates. A lot of people don't last longer than a year.

      There are tons of people who last longer than a year at BrightEdge and move into AE positions, Sales Management positions and some people even get to open new offices! Hard work and a true desire to grind and be in sales pays off!
