      Longest, most stressful experience of my entire sales career - RUN AWAY!

      Pros

      - You get to work with super smart and fun colleagues who are constantly overworked and beat down by a tyrannical management team. - The peanut butter in the kitchen was pretty good I suppose...

      Cons

      - Receiving emails at all times of the day and night - If you don't follow their sales process you're constantly yelled at - If you like a copy and paste approach to sales - you'll love BrightEdge. - It takes about a year to detox from the horrible environment - Constant stress and lack of work-life balance make it almost unbearable - Childish attitudes starts at the highest levels of management - Clearly writing an outstanding review for BrightEdge was a requirement to go attend the Club Trip - Run and run fast away from BrightEdge!

      Pros

      - Great technology...for the employee, however, its the gateway to hell.

      Cons

      - Feel easily replaceable - Horrible atmosphere - No support - No real training about the job - Fake relationships built - Management really could not care less - Long hours - Pay is not worth BrightEdge taking over your life - Very childish atmosphere - Very unfriendly - Very cliquey - All perks are just for show.

      Pros

      - Started here 2 years ago and have been promoted 2x ( from individual contributor to manager – Success is rewarded! ) - I get great coaching/support from senior managers who care and want to see me to succeed - I feel 100% appreciated – just got back from $7,000 trip to Maui (Fiancée included - now even more-so a big BrightEdge fan) as thank you for a great 2013; with the opportunity to go again next year…fantastic rewards / appreciation here - Senior Management always available / on-hand to troubleshoot & overcome roadblocks to ensure we’re successful as a team - Selling best in class digital marketing technology makes it a great sales process and fantastic opportunity to exceed goal / ramp my commissions

      Cons

      - Not a con for me but huge opportunity = lots of work to harvest…if you like to work hard and to succeed, great place…if you like to coast along with limited effort – not the place for you - Again not a con for right person, but full visibility from end-to-end within sales process…winning / losing as a team is essential here – not right environment if you like the “Lone-Ranger” type approach
