Pros
Great company and product, fun team, challenging me professionally. I joined about 8 months ago, watched the company almost triple in size. I think whatever issues the earlier reviews listed have been addressed, at least, I haven't experienced them. The leadership seems committed to me personally with lots of coaching and development opportunities, I've learned a ton, and company is growing super-fast with a ton of new (and keeping) customers. The new offices are fantastic too. Loving it here.
Cons
This is not a place with a slow pace-- due it's growth, it's a definite 55+ hours a week, and some processes and infrastructure are developing, but if I want to pitch in to help develop them, people are super-supportive to do so.
