Great company to enter the tech sales world. Good coaching and leadership, lots of ways to grow within the company.

Cons

Can seem like they micro manage everything, this can be a good thing for some people. Besides that it’s an amazing company to work for I’m thankful for my time at BE.

C-Suite is very capable, most individual contributors work hard and are competent at what they do. Company position in SEO market is strong but slipping, but still dominant. For context, I left EA role to resume my career in different field.

Cons

Lots of middle managers with Director and VP titles who are not qualified nor capable of the responsibilities of their positions. Very poor people management with an HR function that's almost non-existent. (When I left there was literally only 1 full time HR employee, a generalist.) Wide gulf between the company's goals for future growth and their plan to get them there. Customer retention is abysmal even for SaaS and is causing backsliding in market position. All that said, not a terrible place to work, especially if you work hard.
