Pros

- You get to work with super smart and fun colleagues who are constantly overworked and beat down by a tyrannical management team. - The peanut butter in the kitchen was pretty good I suppose...

Cons

- Receiving emails at all times of the day and night - If you don't follow their sales process you're constantly yelled at - If you like a copy and paste approach to sales - you'll love BrightEdge. - It takes about a year to detox from the horrible environment - Constant stress and lack of work-life balance make it almost unbearable - Childish attitudes starts at the highest levels of management - Clearly writing an outstanding review for BrightEdge was a requirement to go attend the Club Trip - Run and run fast away from BrightEdge!

Pros

- Solid training - Great teammates - With their insane quotas, you will be a rockstar at any company you go to after you leave

Cons

-You feel completely replaceable -Higher attrition right than any company I've ever seen -Management makes empty promises it never keeps -Absolutely no work life balance, if you come in at 5:45 AM (as almost all of the inside sales reps do) and leave before 4, you can feel the death glares from management -No boundaries, manager will text you at 11 PM on a Friday to tell you that you didn't do so well this week -Arbitrary expectations, even if you've surpassed your quota, you have to hit your call number for the week
