Pros

There were less than a handful of employees that were actually fairly intelligent, compassionate, and genuine. I hope they find better places to work.

Cons

As some others have already commented, their Glassdoor page is rife with fake reviews. There are lots of highly overpaid people here doing little work and a vast number of underpaid employees working to the bone. I also saw a number of sales employees not getting paid their commissions.

No work life balance

Pros

This company gives you free food, trips and expects you to be working 7 days a week.

Cons

I would not recommend working here unless you don’t mind just being a number, working over 60 plus hours a week and having to work with leadership that only cares about production and not the employees. This company is not transparent with the role until you actually start working full time. The job is college 2.0, no professionalism or structure and if you have one off week of sales, managers ask if you actually want to be employed at the company. So if you are looking for a toxic work environment, this is the place.

Pros

-Good challenge out of college -Decent training -Everything after this will be a breeze -Catered food 1x a week (This doesn't magically outweigh the bad) -Was a cool product to sell, but by now is probably obsolete

Cons

-Never good enough -Constantly raising quota -Terrible management with no skill or ability to productively coach -Constantly stressed about hitting goal -No life -Not worth what they pay you -Too busy recruiting/backfilling people they fired or who quit to coach who they currently have -Middle Management treats you like a child and threatens to fire you while they take no responsibility for poor management. Scare tactics, yelling, embarrassing, etc. -They'll tell you how grateful you should be for making all the money you're making even though they work you like a dog. They pay slightly above average. (Word to the wise, any time someone tells you "Good luck making more money somewhere else" Know that what they're offering you really isn't that good. I quit here and in my next job made an entire year's salary at Brightedge in one sale....) -They're so caught up in achieving profitably and they don't care about their employees at all. They continually push too until they burn you out. -They will tell you that they are going to IPO, but in all seriousness this company is too small to IPO. IF there is a transaction they will sell to another company. They don't tell you that because people will fear losing their jobs.
