-Never good enough
-Constantly raising quota
-Terrible management with no skill or ability to productively coach
-Constantly stressed about hitting goal
-No life
-Not worth what they pay you
-Too busy recruiting/backfilling people they fired or who quit to coach who they currently have
-Middle Management treats you like a child and threatens to fire you while they take no responsibility for poor management. Scare tactics, yelling, embarrassing, etc.
-They'll tell you how grateful you should be for making all the money you're making even though they work you like a dog. They pay slightly above average.
(Word to the wise, any time someone tells you "Good luck making more money somewhere else" Know that what they're offering you really isn't that good. I quit here and in my next job made an entire year's salary at Brightedge in one sale....)
-They're so caught up in achieving profitably and they don't care about their employees at all. They continually push too until they burn you out.
-They will tell you that they are going to IPO, but in all seriousness this company is too small to IPO. IF there is a transaction they will sell to another company. They don't tell you that because people will fear losing their jobs.
