      Smart people, bad managers

      Pros

      The company was doing a lot of smart things, building playbooks to scale out their SaaS offering. The technology behind the curtain also had a lot of power to it.

      Cons

      The managing team did not follow through on promises and refused to listen to the front line workers on major issues causing mass internal churn of employees.

      Pros

      structure - to a fault for sure its their way or the highway Good 1st job but dont stay

      Cons

      For the size of the company they seem to act like they are much more than they actually are. Coachability is something that is sought after but its quite hypocritical when senior management isnt open to new ideas.
