My worst mistake in having joined this company. This company does not want humans but some robots who follow instructions and work mechanically. Really bad work culture especially one that starts from the leadership. Ops leaders are aggressive with a non-inviting mindset, knit-picky, and impolite.

First week in the office, they told me that I would be expected to work 55-70 hours a week. Micromanaged on our number of activities like crazy. Executives have created a business model where they hire young people coming out of college and burn them out. 0 HR resources. Unethical sales processes. Slowed growth overall for the business, but they act like they are growing at lightspeed in order to manipulate people to stay and work hard for equity, rather than for better pay. Hang the Account Executive carrot over your head with "established promotion path", but multiple people were let go about 1 month before they were supposed to get promoted after hitting goal for 16 months straight. Wish I spent my time elsewhere.
