-you'll leave with an appreciation for the grind -anywhere else will be a cake walk in comparison -your colleagues are amazing - miss working with my team, although 90% of them are gone at this point

Cons

-base pay is terrible -unrealistic expectation -inexperienced/ bad management -don't expect to be treated like a real person - you're a number -no transparency -no work/life balance AT all
