      Please stay away! Know your worth as a candidate!

      Pros

      No pros! The only reason I could see anyone enjoying this role if they are simply looking for a paycheck. This is not an office environment that would satisfy any sort of other needs.

      Cons

      - Sit in zoom calls from 8:00 - 5:00 pm with managers constantly watching you - Company encourages you to lie to clients to sell “meetings” of an outdated and useless software! - No work-life balance - Discriminatory C-Suite employees - Lack of trust/faith in employees - Untruthful hiring practices, my recruiter quit 2 weeks after she hired me and wrote a review how she felt immoral for lying to candidates! Please please please stay away. Fortunately enough this didn’t cause too big of a bump in my career. Know your worth candidates! Don’t settle for BrightEdge

      Don't Walk - RUN Away From This Company

      Pros

      The other employees tend to be wonderful people, but there are fewer and fewer pros to working at this organization nearly weekly.

      Cons

      Leadership flaunt wealth during all-hands teams meetings while finding ways to stiff employees on compensation. Company claims to be a family, but fails to take care of their employees. Ask for a raise and prepare to get treated like you spat on someone's shoes. It's clear this company only cares about making profit for the owners and employees are an unfortunate side effect of having to run a SaaS company. Innovation is nearly non-existent.
