Great Culture but big goals

Pros

The team are great, everyone is super young and motivated to do well here. There is a big focus on work socials and fun evening activities either virtually or in-person. The company is growing fast and SEO is a hot topic which means there is very high earning potential early on. Presidents Club trips are a huge motivator for people too. Good training opportunities, they do invest heavily in Sales Enablement etc.

Cons

Big goals - can sometimes feel like a lot of pressure, but I understand that comes with the job.

Some of the people I met and work with are fantastic, but miserable in everything that has to do with BrightEdge

Cons

I thought I was the only one being underpaid. However, after reading the latest reviews, I can tell I am not alone. I am actually trying to get a pay rise but it seems impossible. There will always be some excuse to avoid the pay rise... I am currently seeking a new job/opportunity and I can tell the benefits and salaries from other tech companies are higher than BE. There are a lot of people leaving every day... Literally, there isn't any single day that somebody leaves the company.

Working at BrightEdge is by no means "easy", but I can honestly say I've learned more valuable skills during my time here than any of my previous jobs. Bring your A game and you will be rewarded.
