Great product and management. This is a great opportunity to be part of a great company can grow into a dominant SAAS provider. very flat manage with everyone having a chance to contribute. The technology is the best in SEO and we continue to grow our lead.

Cons

Like any start up the work load is heavy. The culture is to take action today. It's not a good place if you are just planning on showing up. You need to be on every day.

- Company is growing and starts to be well known - a lot of people I call have heard of us - We have an awesome product to sell and regularly beat the competition! - Lots of young co-workers as well as experienced management

Cons

- Company is changing quickly. Don't join if you are looking more a traditional company. - Big focus on metrics in my job. Can turn off some people but it works for me (keeps me focused).

This place has the worst company culture I have ever seen. I was not on the sales side but I hear that is even worse in terms of micromanaging and lack of work life balance. In general all the managers and higher ups do not know how to run a company. All the higher ups I’ve met look down on new hires unless you aggressively kiss up to them. Metrics on all teams are insane and almost impossible to hit. I was criticized almost every day I went in office. The CEO is terrible to work for and is driving the company into the ground.
