      Pros

      -the people you work with are fun because everyone is young -you can ride the struggle bus with fellow co workers -company hands out decent gifts

      Cons

      -the worst work life balance in the industry -company will have next to no care for the well being and development of their employees -expectations are unrealistically high. -talk to someone who works here before signing an offer -expect to work a minimum of 60 hours a week -once you receive AE promotion you will work 70+ hours a week -SDR managers are wildly unprofessional -leadership will not care about you -save yourself the wasted time and do not work here-there are so many companies out there that will respect and appreciate you. BrightEdge is not one of them, don't let them manipulate you into working here -you won't make nearly as much money as they tell you you will -they will squeeze as much work out of you as possible until you have nothing left to give and you have to leave. once you leave you are dead to them
