Pros

Experience in the SaaS industry.

Cons

It feels like BE as a whole is merely just an executive team and everybody else is outside of that, merely working "for" BE instead of working as a part of it. This fosters a do-as-you're-told environment with continous communication issues, often causing teams to be siloed, working under conflicting information, competing metrics, and consistently answering the same issues over and over again instead of enacting positive change management. For example: when I left my role I was still reporting on updates for a project that had been offline for 6 months (because two team members quit) and when I asked to stop the reporting I was told to continue the monitoring "just because." Out of the four people that have ever been on my team, three of them left before I did so the lack of involvement and responsibility is apparent. Lastly, my yearly review was 5 minutes long.

Pros

-Loved my team, management, and people in general

Cons

-no work/life balance -crazy hours, considering the role (7:45am-5:00pm officially, and then likely more time afterward to finish work) -crazy burnout -very competitive (which wasn't for me) -mind numbing -great front during recruitment process, but was extremely glorified -all they do is push the AE role and say it'll take a lotttt less time to get there than it actually does -didn't get any employee perks (food, etc) in the beginning, which I very much expected during wfh -micromanaged at every level, every hour, every minute lol

Discriminatory Practices, Terrible Leadership

Pros

They are some people here who are really hungry and its always great to be around folks who match your energy - but they soon realize its not worth it

Cons

Recruiting practices are unbelievably discriminatory. Employees are underpaid and overworked. Leadership says what you want to hear to get you in the door, both on the hiring and sales fronts. Seems to operate like an MLM, lots of promises and only few attain. There is more turnover than I have ever seen, the HR department is completely brand new every 3 months... this means people are running for the hills because they do not want to be associated with what is going on behind the scenes.
