BrightEdge pays well, the benefits aren’t bad, they get some “little things,” (e.g, company swag, nice welcome package) right.

Cons

I have never worked for a company with such a strong culture of micromanagement. If you like being interrogated multiple times a week with the same questions over and over to the point where you question your own abilities and sanity, this is the place for you!
