      Absolutely nothing this place is the worst

      Cons

      If you are a recent grad do not let BrightEdge trick you into thinking this is a good place to work. The pay is horrible, the product is not as high-tech and amazing as they will tell you, you will hate your life and you won't even be compensated for it. They make it impossible to succeed, in on-boarding classes of 30 only 1 or 2 people make it more than a year. The sales tactics are scummy and you will call the same people 5 times a day for months. DO NOT WORK HERE

      Pros

      An incredible experience to understand how to build a successful company. At times, it can be a grind, but you learn to adapt to make things work. I appreciate how smart everyone is and how they take the time to share their knowledge and experience. So I've learned so much in how to change my mindset in a results oriented company. Also, the leadership provides multiple options to make you successful by providing many avenues to see your strengths and opportunities to learn and grow within your role. And when you succeed, they definitely celebrate your success.

      Cons

      Expectations are high, I won't lie. But this is why they are the industry leader. You need thick skin and a mindset to pivot when needed. If you really take on an attitude that there is a lot to learn from others, roll up your sleeves and work at it, you can succeed.
