      Allow you to be independent and set your own schedule as long as the work gets done. Great technology Execs are very accessible and visible Diverse exec team and overall staff

      Struggle to recruit so incompetent people remain in important positions. Very slow promotion process, almost nonexistent Focused on adding to many products instead of perfecting their core offerings Low salaries, low bonuses, low yearly salary increases

      BrightEdge is a solid product that has a lot of respect within the market. They have a strong dedication to customers and put a lot of resources into bettering the product and their client relationships. They also have a great events schedule with a lot of cool team events through the year.

      Cons

      The company is sort of like a house with a lot of curb appeal but with a deteriorating interior. The career pathing is pretty nonexistent, and the executive team is much more worried about hitting their numbers than the well-being of their staff. A company with 14 years of experience and $100 million in revenue should be much more refined organizationally than BrightEdge is.
