Pros

The platform functionality is by far the best out there and continues to improve. This position offers a lot in terms of professional development in the marketing and SEO industry. The growth projection of the company is promising which means there will be a lot of opportunity in the future. I love my team, manager and clients. I've learned so much since I started and continue to everyday.

Cons

PTO and 401K options could be more competitive.

BrightEdge offers very competitive compensation while providing you with an uptainable metric based career path. All of this is done well in a competitive and fun environment.

Cons

The only major con are the changes associated with being an evaling and growing company. Changes to policy and sale process are often but core values stay the same.

Pros

I love the team at BrightEdge. They are the best part about working there. Everyone is so collaborative and supportive! Everyone strives to be their best and I find that really motivating. There are no politics, it’s all about being yourself. BE is also really thinking out career paths for all departments. Their goal is to make BE a place you can spend your entire career at. There are so so many examples of people starting out in entry level positions and working their way up! Being a start up there’s an opportunity to wear a lot of hats. I really enjoy the different aspects of the biz I’m exposed to and the different projects I get to work on.

Cons

There is some turnover but I think that’s natural for all tech companies in the Bay - lots of companies stealing top talent! And there is no 401k matching right now.
