      Great Pay. Awesome people. Good first step into sales coming out of college.

      Cons

      The same thing day in and day out. Focus on adding prospects every week is far too important especially when they are not being vetted. Promotions are only tied to revenue and no other factors.

      Quotas were determined by throwing a dart against the wall. No rhyme or reason and as someone who exceeded quota while there, still the wrong strategy. Deals were closed, company found a way via “roe” not to pay comm to the “selling rep”.
