      Pros

      Great team, everyone is in it to win it and has your best interest at heart. EMEA region is growing rapidly and there is a great path to promotion from SDR to AE within 12 months. The pay is unrivalled and there are tons of additional perks and events throughout the year, like cocktail making classes, trips to US (when we can fly) and Presidents Club to Puerto Rico!

      Cons

      You are expected to work hard for it. With monthly quota's for AEs there is high velocity in deal cycles that can be stressful at times. There aren't many companies where you can make over 100k at 25, so there is certainly a trade off between worklife balance and career progression/ pay.

      Pros

      Brilliant, hardworking teammates. Fantastic product and market leaders, leading exciting AI-driven innovation in the SEO and content marketing industry. Very strong sales and customer teams and execution. Great place to build a career.

      Cons

      It can be a grind at times. Some teams are happier than others. Would love to see the company values get a facelift.
