      Pros

      Profitable company. A few folks have been there for a long time and some of them are actually good. This tells you that the company is able to create some loyalty.

      Cons

      Very slow moving company. I guess the management is ok with it. SEO is niche and unexciting space. The R & D/Product team is treated very poorly . 90% employees do not last more than 2 years. The leadership tries to sugarcoat micromanagement, distrust by calling it "result-oriented".
