      Nothing. Reach out to literally any previous SDR and they will tell you why.

      Cons

      The devil works hard but Brightedge works harder with these fake reviews that could not be more obvious.

      Challenging Company where I learned a lot and propelled my career

      Pros

      Very smart management team that pushed staff to do more with less. This led to developing some great problems solving skills. Equally, got staff to think of their role support the business as a whole. As a result, helped me start my own business when I left. Quite a few have this same story.

      Cons

      Hired great people but often put them into roles not on par with career growth...at least initially. Led to lots of turnover and hurt morale.

      Pros

      The primary advantage is that the salary is competitive.

      Cons

      I'd encourage anyone considering this company to reach out to former employees on LinkedIn to learn about their experiences and see if they align with what you are learning in the interview process. I think it wise to speak with at least some in the department you're considering, as well as other departments. I'd also recommend reaching out to anyone current or former customers that have familiarity with the company. This way you can identify if it is the right fit for you.
