Pros

Having worked here for over 4 years, I have seen my share of positive changes with the exponential growth of the company. Experienced and talented AI experts and Engineers who drive the vision of the company and products as a whole, but they're less controllers and more resources to help you make the biggest impact you can and solve the most important problems as effectively as possible. The future is bright at Brighterion with incredible growth potential.

+There are several bright, honest, and hardworking people at Brighterion that were a genuine pleasure to work with. They know their craft and I'm sorry I won't get to work with them further. +Coworkers in the broader Mastercard group were typically also good to work with, many of them have the capacity to deliver high quality products.

Cons

-Shipping to customers is a slog, and customers receive buggy software due to management pressure - e.g. a new major release locked global administrators out of features in 9.0, in-browser help files are not updated to explain changed methodology in any version I saw, among many others. -High turnover among experienced employees -CEO conveys achievements to customers which ten-year employees say haven't ever happened -New high level executives fail to transmit deadline expectations

Brighterion has a deep cultural tradition of innovation and high-quality, technically excellent products. I feel lucky to work for a company that is genuinely loved by customers in various industry such as payment, homeland security, AML, etc. It’s inspiring to see how our customers embrace Brighterion. The CEO is so awesome, he chats with everyone, he is humble, inspiring and very smart. I also have access to many experienced and talented Engineers who guide me to the right direction.

Cons

There is a steep learning curve.
