Brightline is laying off! Need more transparency about finances

Great company culture Great benefits

Cons

Not transparent with staff regarding finances. Last minute layoff of 20% of staff which is destroying some people's lives financially. Care more about the bottom line than the care of the actual members. Unbalanced caseloads (some therapists have large caseloads where others have less than 5 clients for months/years, yet they get the same pay).

Cons

Working hours may not be fitting for everyone. No 401k match.
