Pros

The pros of working at Brightline are 100% remote work, teletherapy for children, and a great culture and support of the behavioral therapists to provide effective services to families.

Cons

Great company and no cons at this point.

Pros

-Cares about their employees with real compensation, PTO, investment in professional growth and training opportunities, and other perks and considerations for therapists -Cares about innovation in the world of pediatric behavioral health, which means they are constantly responding to clinician feedback about how to do things better, how to be creative in dissemination of care and services, and (at the heart of it) think of ways to better support families across the US -Cares about quality care: therapists are expected to provide evidence-based practice and measures (both goals and validated surveys) are utilized to track progress, outcomes, and support troubleshooting -Incredibly passionate and dedicated, across all departments. It is surprising how genuine this passion is across the company - from engineers to designers to clinicians - everyone is deeply compassionate and excited about the potential for this work and impact. (Feels like it's not real, but it truly is).

Cons

-Still a newer company so I want us to be able to do more than what we can currently do at our capacity. I am hopeful with our hiring and current (and future) projects, we will do even more. That said, this connects back to opportunities for clinicians to grow and support the future of the company.

Pros

- Very talented team - Supportive work environment - Amazing mission and stellar product - Great resources for new managers - Strong cross-functional collaboration and partnerships

Cons

- Fast paced! There is a TON of build and the team moves fast. - Similar to all startups, it's important to be self aware and set boundaries for yourself to prevent burnout.
